Terms of use
Last updated October 30, 2026
These terms apply when you use eFocus, an app made by EvoCom. By using the app you agree to them.
What eFocus is
eFocus is a study aid with past questions, explanations and an AI Homework Helper. It is not run by or connected to WAEC or any examination body, and using it does not guarantee any exam result.
Your account
Give correct details when you sign up and keep your account to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you are under 18, use the app with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.
Using the app properly
- Do not copy, resell or share the questions and content outside the app.
- Do not try to break, overload or get around the app or its payment system.
- Do not use the Homework Helper to create harmful or unlawful content.
Homework Helper
Answers are written by an AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Use them to learn the method, and check important work with your teacher or textbook. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on an AI answer. The Homework Helper may change or be limited while it is being tested.
Payments
Paid features are paid for through Paystack, including Ghana mobile money. The price is shown in the app before you pay. If a payment went through but you did not get what you paid for, email us with your payment reference and we will sort it out.
Our content
The app, its explanations and its design belong to EvoCom. Past examination questions remain the property of their owners and are provided here for study.
Stopping or changing the service
We may update, change or stop parts of eFocus. You can stop using it any time and delete your account from the delete account page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Limits
We work to keep eFocus accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using, or not being able to use, the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
